This research follows last years IPX Networks Vendor Performance, this years Diameter Transactions and Data Roaming Market Pricing research.
IPX Networks Vendor Performance Research 2018
For the fifth consecutive year ROCCO is analysing MNOs opinions on IPX Networks. IPX provide a number of services for Mobile Operators, what we are focused on is Data Roaming specifically. This Research is asking some tough questions about the vendors. Focussed on their performance, leadership and their LTE Roaming “live connections”. Over 25 Vendors appear in the research and its open for a short time for all MNOs to take part. Like always, we share our findings with the MNOs who take part, so if you complete this survey you will receive a free Executive Summary of all the aggregated feedback from all the Operators taking part.
The IPX Networks Vendor Performance Research Project has been requested by many Operators over the last year. By now hundreds of MNOs have sought the support of Vendors in making their LTE and VoLTE Roaming agreements. With the help of Industry specialists we have devised this survey which asks important questions about the performance of the IPX networks on the market. This Research will commence on 21st June 2018 and conclude on September 10th 2018.

ROCCO RESEARCH: SS7 SIGNALLING MARKET PRICING RESEARCH
ROCCO asks MNOs to give us their views in an insightful and well designed new survey. One of three surveys launched in the last year about IPX services. Please forward this post to anyone from an MNO who you think might be interested in taking part.
Following our research into Diameter Transactions and Data Roaming we are now starting the 3rd tier of our investigation into SS7 Signalling. These three research projects have been widely requested by MNOs who by completing the confidential survey will receive the aggregated data of all MNOs who take part in the survey. In general these surveys are responded to by around 60+ MNOs, providing a Operator Type and Regional basis for analysis.
ROCCO has designed this confidential survey so that any MNO can contribute and give their perceptions of the market price. In return they will receive a free Executive Summary report with the aggregated market pricing for all MNOs who contributed. No MNOs are specifically mentioned in our report, the report will simply feature the aggregated data of all MNOs.
ROCCO is a neutral company making independent research since 2012. The survey is open from today until which time we have enough responses to make a relevant report (estimated as August 2018). When the results are published MNOs receive first their Executive Summary.
Why ROCCO is conducting this research
We don’t want to oversell the value of this research since we do not have the results at this time, but we believe as we saw from the results in 2015 that the data is very valuable to the market and we hope that MNOs will participate based on an understanding that under no circumstances has ROCCO ever disclosed MNO information to any other party. Nor has ROCCO ever allowed another company to sponsor our research. We are not like other research companies, we are not driven by work opportunities but by producing research which brings true insights into the market.
